Transactions processed through ItsAboutMusic.com are fully refundable within 30 days of the transaction if: 1. The transaction was to pay for postage for a CD sent through the US Postal Service and the CD has not been shipped by the time of the requested refund. 2. If a CD arrives damaged and unplayable - or - if the CD never arrives at all in which case we will replace it but not refund the purchase price. 3. The transaction was to pay for Internet Marketing Services and those services had not been completed according to agreement.
